Mail Id

Dear All,
Consequent to my blog entries on Reliance Mobile, I have received several communications asking for the mail id of Shri Anil Ambani. As some posters have left only their comments and not mail ids, I could not reply them personally. Therefore for the benefit and future requirements ( I am sure there will be many such suckers like me) of all victims and would-be victims, I am furnishing the mail id of the Great. Dear Sir / Madam,
I would like to bring under your notice the experience with your Sec-15, Faridabad web world:
1) I have visited your store for purchasing the data card on urgent basis. The person sitting at the New Connection counter named as (Sikander Chaudhary) has told me that the best plan available is 12 month advance rental. Despite several request he has not shared any data sheet related to plans.
2) On his assurance I have purchased the data card & fulfilled the formalities.
3) When I have asked them to swipe my credit card, I have been informed that card machine is not working.
4) I have to go to the near by ATM & pay by cash. I have not been given any cash receipt & informed that I will receive this at my resisdence.
5) After activation of said number I found out that there is another plan for HDFC credit card which is far better than 12 months advance rental.
6) On this issue I have contacted your call center & I have been informed that I can change my plan. They also informed me that I have to visit the web world for same.
7) On this issue I have visited your above said web world on 23rd of august @ 6.15 PM. I met with the same person & requested him to tell me about the plan.
8) This person named as Sikander Chaudhry was relaxing on his seat & has not even bothered to attend me. Moreover he has asked me to go to the front desk for asking the plan.
9) I once again requested him for behaving properly & asked him why he has not shared the said plan with me on my enquiry at Day One it self.
10) This person has raised his voice & told me that it is none of my business whether he share the plan or not. More over on asking again & again he started abusing me.
11) He threatened me that he will throw me out of the web world if I will raise my voice. He also told me that " APNI ENGLISH APNE PASS RAKH AUR YAHAN SE DAFA HO JA... JYADA ENGLISH MARNE KI JAROORAT NAHIN HAI"
12) He also told me that now I can not change the plan.
13) On enquiring about the next escalation level he said " Main hi manager hoon kar le jo karna hai".
14) After this I have gone to the front desk where the girls were very co-operative & they shared that this person misbehave regularly. They have advised me to write my remarks in the visitor book. They also told me that manger is Mr. Ankur Agarwal & he has met with some accident.

I request all the concern authorities to initiate necessary action against the concern person & explain me the reason why I can not change my plan when I have not been informed about the same.

Most importantly this person is not aware of the plan even as of date... Request you to take action or Please take my data card back & refund my full amount.

Did you mail your complaint directly to Anil Ambhani himself. Please do it immediately if you had not already done so. This Sikhander will sonn be taught some lessons in good manners and customer service.

REGARDING THE RELIANCE WIMAX CONNECTION

I faced a lot of problems with the Reliance WiMax connection at my place. It worked fine for 1st month and then it started giving problem of not connecting. I informed the Technical persons (Reliance Wimax) but they never turned up. Also no one picks the phone at customer care call center of Reliance Wimax.
Even then Reliance have charged me the Bills dated (11-08-2008 and 11-09-2008). As I have not received the Internet Service from Reliance Wimax as per the my connection terms, I hereby inform Reliance WiMax that I will not pay the money for that. In last 2 and half months, I informed many times to the Reliance Wimax Tele- Callers to take back the Wimax Instruments from my place but no response and on that Reliance is sending me bills for that. It is the straight case of cheating the customers.

Dear Mr. Anil Ambani, I always cherished Reliance Group from the days when I started understanding Business and Economy of India, but at this root level it is really hurting my sentiments.

Dear sir, I received your letter dated 18/02/2009 on 04/04/2009 i.e. today. The envelop bears the date 30/03/2009 of Mumbai Post Office. This shows the efficiency of your office that a letter which is dated 18/02/2009 is despatched after 42 days i.e. on 30/03/2009.The Govt. offices are certainly more efficient than privatised corporate world specially RELIANCE . 2. Secondly, You have mentioned in your letter that original policy documents are attachced herewith, but I am shocked to see that NO policy documents attached to the above refered letter. I think this is the work culture of RELIANCE. 3. I in my earlier email mentioned that your representative have confirmed me that the request letter of cancellation was received within the free look period but NO one has taken any action to the matter. 4. Now you still feel (really) that I should have faith in RELIANCE. Sorry I cant do.Now the question is of my Rs.12000/- the maximum you can do that you will neither refund my money back nor you will returned my original policy document back to me. I presume that your company is running on the amount received fraudulantly from the Indian Nationals. This is the history of RELIANCE group since its inception. There is nothing new in it. 5. I am forwading you the photocopy of letter and the envelop which you have sent to me as a evidence that you have not sent me the documents which you have mentioned in your letter. 6. I have evidence against RELIANCE communication also, which is also doing the same thing i.e. THE FRAUD. 7. Now look, if you can save RELIANCE ship from sinking by not paying my Rs.12000/- you do better, I assure you that I can and I shall sustain the loss of Rs.12000/- by the grace of GOD. 8. One more thing you can't imagine how BIG loss a customer can give to your company, since one customer can bring 10 more customer to your SHOP and also that customer can also stop 100s of possible customers to come to your SHOP. Dear Sir,

I did not hope to receive better reply than receiced. Now, please note that the person who contacted me for this policy is based in New Delhi and the documents logged in at one of your office in Delhi. Now, the original documents with my request letter are with your Mumbai Office and you have not given satisfactory clarification on my request and are asking me to contact at your local office, This is really gone above my head. I cant understand. Now I can assume that you are not going to do anything in this matter.

I received my policy document on 23/8/2008 and returned back to your Andheri Curla Road office on 26/8/2008 by Speed Post. I made an enquiry over phone (No.022-30338181) on 15/2/2009 They told me that your office received my documents on 4/2/2009. This is unbelieveable. Actually I lodged a complaint at IRDA Hyderabad on 2/2/2009 by email and may be in response to IRDA mail to you, your staff have gave me that date i.e. 4/2/2009. However, that person assured me that necessary action shall be taken latest by 21/2/2009 and I had given a complaint no.4867373 but I have not received any response. Today on 27/2/2009 I again contacted your office on the above No. Now the person sitting over there told me that my request could not be proceeded because of the documents were received after 15 days time limit period.

I have NO words to express my frustration since your company officials have no guts even to inform me about this episode. As per business ethics they must inform me about the fate of my application and if the request could not be exceeded to, they must returned my policy documents, which they did not. They have NO business sense.

Now, think my position, I have neither received my money back nor I have the policy documents with me. Is this the "RELIANCE STRATEGY"to do the business.

Now I request you to please look in to the matter and arrange to pay my money back whatever the amount be WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THIS MAILsince I can not continue any customer relationship with RELIANCE. After 15 days I shall be free to go CONSUMER FORUM to make my claim.

Respected Sir!
Myself Rameshwar Gupta.

My Mobile No. is 08010170620.
I used this no. from June or July 2010.

In this month three times rs 30 is deducted from my balance.
I call customer care he say that in my account some ring tone activated,
some time say some other plan activated,
now today he say me that any sai baba plan activated through reliance world.

But I have not used reliance world today then how can I activate any
plan without opening reliance world.

Now today have not open my menu item in my cellphone then how can I activated any plan.
Every time there is cut of Rs.30 in my account. When I complained customer care executive say that he will send online deactivate request and every time they say that complain no. will be sent me in 48 hours. but i have not got any complain no. till now.

Now today in afternoon in a/c I have Rs.35 in my sell phone.
when evening I check my balance showing only Rs.5 .

When I complain on 198 (at 19:48 ) some guy say that any sai baba plan is activated. he filled online request for deactivation and online complain no. was to be sent in next 48 hours.
But I have not got any complain no. and not any balance remembrance till now.
when I call 198 (at 23:52) Santosh gave me complain no. 196488073. But when I called 198 (at 23:59) for conform my complain no. then someone say that their no any no. is generated when I requested online for deactivation.
Therefore, either santosh is given incorrect information me or other guy is given incorrect information

Hence
I requested you please take action against them and remembrance my balance as soon as possible.
